Areas of Focus

Narcissistic Abuse Recovery & Complex Relationships

Supporting individuals recovering from emotionally harmful and psychologically complex relationships, including experiences of gaslighting, coercive control, manipulation, emotional invalidation, toxic relational environments, power imbalances, family dysfunction, estrangement, and relational rupture. My work also addresses the impact of complex trauma (CPTSD), helping clients understand the patterns that develop in response to prolonged emotional stress and regain a greater sense of clarity, agency, and self-trust.

Expatriate & Cross-Cultural Identity Transitions

Supporting individuals navigating relocation, cultural adjustment, identity shifts, and the complexities of building a life across cultures. This includes experiences of disconnection from familiar communities, changes in belonging and identity, international relationships, conflicting family expectations across languages and cultures, isolation after losing established support networks, dual citizenship challenges, and the emotional impact of global mobility.

About My Approach

I am French-American and have over twenty years of clinical experience supporting individuals navigating narcissistic abuse, relational trauma, complex family systems, and cross-cultural identity transitions.

My work focuses on helping people make sense of what has happened to them and find more peace and joy in life—this is what continues to fuel my practice.

I tend to see psychological experience in terms of patterns, and I enjoy helping people connect the dots between past experiences, present struggles, and future possibilities. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, reflective, and self-aware, yet find that certain relational or emotional patterns can feel surprisingly persistent despite significant insight and effort.

Psychotherapy offers a different kind of time—one where slowing down becomes possible, and where careful attention to lived experience can lead to a clearer understanding of what shapes emotional life and wellbeing.

As someone who has also navigated narcissistic abuse and cross-cultural identity dynamics personally, I bring both clinical and lived understanding to this work. This includes awareness of how easily these experiences can be misunderstood or minimized, even within helping systems.

Sessions are conducted online in English with flexible scheduling across time zones. We work together to understand your experiences, make sense of repeating patterns, and create more clarity, choice, and direction in your life.
